Since our frames are not mass produced, we may not be able to provide an exact replacement for the one you originally bought from us but we can offer a similar design in a different color, or another variety. In that way we can still give you other replacement frames to choose from free of charge as long as it does not exceed the price of your previous frame.
We also have lifetime free cleaning and maintenance to keep your frames in pristine condition. We may charge a minimal fee for replacement parts and accessories.

Do you accept health insurance cards?
We do not honor health insurance cards in our clinic.
We do provide medical certificates and official receipts so you can process a refund
from your insurance company.
Do you have PRK, LASIK, or other refractive surgery procedures?
We do not have LASIK, PRK, or other refractive surgery procedures but we have orthokeratology.
Orthokeratology is a non-surgical method to correct vision and a safe and effective alternative to LASIK. It can improve the vision of patients with myopia or astigmatism and effectively control degenerative myopia which can lead to retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. It can be safely applied for both children and elderly patients and can be reversed or modified anytime. Unlike LASIK, it is safe for patients with dry eyes and thin corneas. It can also be utilized for patients who have a recurring blurred vision even after their LASIK procedure.
Our specialist has managed over 100 patients and has corrected even very high eye grades (as high as -13.00). She has utilized orthokeratology to correct the vision of her pediatric patients (as young as 3 years old) and geriatric patients (as old as 70 years old).

We have various eye drops and eye vitamins for different purposes. Our doctor will perform a comprehensive eye exam, and additional diagnostic eye tests if needed to confirm which eye vitamins or eyedrops will be good for you.

Yes, we can repair your broken eyeglasses even if you did not order it from us as long as we have available parts and accessories to repair it. We have a fee for both the repair and the spare part/s.

What contact lens brands do you offer?
There are many contact lenses in the market today. Different contact lens materials allow different amounts of oxygen into our eyes. Silicone hydrogel lenses are more preferable than pure hydrogel lenses because these allow our eyes to "breathe" more. We have daily, monthly, and extended wear options.
We offer all Philippine FDA regulated contact lens brands like Freshlook, O2 Optix, Air Optix, Purevision, Soflens, Coopervision, and other reputable companies. However, these are all subject to availability depending on your eye grade and preferred color. If we do not have your preferred lenses in stock, you may pre-order your contact lenses and these will arrive in approximately 3 days.
Our doctor may recommend contact lenses depending on your eye care needs, lifestyle, and budget. Please get a comprehensive eye exam so you can be advised accordingly.
